Why We Built This

We spent years running production Kubernetes clusters and dealing with the same pain points every team faces: CronJobs failing silently, compliance audits requiring weeks of manual evidence gathering, and security benchmarks that nobody had time to check.

So we built the tools we wished existed. Varax Monitor solves CronJob observability with one Helm command. Varax automates SOC2 compliance scanning and report generation — entirely within your cluster.

Open Source Commitment

Varax Monitor is free forever under the Apache 2.0 license. The Varax compliance platform's core scanning engine is also open source. We believe in building trust through transparency — you can read every line of code that runs in your cluster.

Our business model is simple: the free tools build community and trust. The commercial compliance platform (Pro tier) generates revenue through audit-ready reporting features that save teams weeks of manual work.
