Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Varax Labs website (varax.io) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Products and Licensing

Varax Monitor (Free, Open Source)

Varax Monitor is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. You may use, modify, and distribute it in accordance with that license. The full license text is available in the project's GitHub repository.

Varax Compliance Platform

The Varax compliance platform free tier is available at no cost for non-commercial evaluation. The Pro tier requires a paid commercial license at the published subscription rate. License keys are non-transferable and are tied to your organization.

Payment Terms

Pro licenses are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact support@varax.io within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Pro-tier components
  • Share or redistribute Pro license keys
  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload our website infrastructure

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Varax Labs does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compliance reports will satisfy specific regulatory requirements without additional review.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varax Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Varax Labs is incorporated.
